Dogs can go swimming toooo
So this past weekend was a scorcher but luckily our friends had a puppy pool party. I forgot to take any photos of Niko and Guinness there! Oops. Well it was the first time that they swam and Guinness did quite well with those strong legs and big paws of his treading through the water. He was a pro already. Niko seemed quite nervous about swimming but did okay. He’s so skinny when wet! I’ll try to get a shot of him with his toothpick legs next time.
The water is a great way for dogs to cool down during the summer. Some really love it! Here are some photos I found of dogs enjoying the water

I’am thinking of buying a golden Retriever as a puppy for my daughter. Is this a good choice? Is a Golden Retriever good with small children? My daughter is 6 years old.
